I have a background in strength training (mostly powerlifting) and have always turned to fitness during the most stressful and difficult times in my life for a source of stress-relief.

I now focus my training on functional fitness and take my workouts with me wherever I go. I provide access to an online fitness library with over 700 unique workouts, as well as a cooking channel with tons of recipes. (I will be sharing my personal favourites in this blog!)

I work with my clients not only on their fitness and nutritional goals but also encourage personal development in the form of podcasts and books, to help maintain a healthy mindset. To me, physical fitness and mental health are intertwined!

Whether you are looking to get back into fitness after an injury, wanting to train for a race or competition, are looking for flexible cardio, strength training or combination programs - there is something for everyone!

All programs include meal plans to help take the guesswork out of healthy eating.
